I am the ESG Controller at Legend Biotech, a global biotechnology company dedicated to advancing cell therapies for life-threatening diseases. With several years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ESG management, I specialize in developing and implementing ESG reporting and compliance frameworks. In my current role, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate ESG data collection, reporting, and adherence to global standards. I am passionate about integrating sustainability into business practices and ensuring transparency in our ESG initiatives. Through this work, I aim to contribute to Legend Biotech's commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and strong corporate governance.Prior to this, I was a Manager in Deloitte's ESG & Sustainability Services team, where I worked with clients on ESG disclosure strategy, report assurance, and enhancing ESG data processes and controls. I leveraged my background in financial statement audits and my CPA to assist companies in building accurate, industry-compliant reporting aligned with frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, GRI, SASB, and TCFD. Additionally, I gained experience with ESG regulations, including CSRD and the SEC Climate Disclosure rule.I hold a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University and a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from The University of Texas at Austin.Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, wiffle ball, board games, and pub trivia. I’m also passionate about personal finance, trying new things, and vegetable gardening.
