Manage and execute all Member and Non-Member Events

Helped grow a small young restaurant on Nantucket into a multi revenue company. In my three years it went from a 35 seat restaurant to 70 seats. The building next door was purchased and built into a catering kitchen, ice cream bar with 40 homemade premium flavors, bar & event space. This purchase allowed the company to build a strong catering company for both onsite and offsite events ranging from intimate dinners of 10 to cocktail parties for 500 people. Part-time position

University of Amherst Massachusetts Isenberg Undergraduate Office. Worked closely with four academic advisors and Assistant Dean. Filed various paperwork, took phones calls, answered emails, and set up appointments for students.
