I co-founded Earsight to provide personalized reading support to students with dyslexia, who would otherwise never receive sufficient remediation. Four years later, we have supported students with dyslexia, English Language Learners, students in RTI Tier 2 and Tier 3, as well as GenEd students below basic level reading proficiency in achieving decoding automaticity. We concentrated our work in the Mission District of San Francisco and are expanding organically--always in search of the overlooked areas of greatest need and where we can have biggest impact.
