I am a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville,working to receive a degree in business analytics with a minor in retail and consumer sciences. I am adisciplined, hardworking, and honest individual. I utilize these strengths in my education, work, andextracurricular endeavors. In my previous retail positions, I ensured to perform to the best of my abilities, even in fast-paced environments. Not only would I maintain a hardworking spirit, but I would ensure top notch customer relationship management. This hardworking spirit and desire to succeed continued through my two internships. While a Business Analytics Intern at KUB, I had the opportunity to apply my analytics skills on HR platforms. As a People Analytics intern at Pilot Company, I applied my SQL knowledge to team member data. This allowed me to understand data complexity and identify areas of data quality concerns.A few of my business interests include identifying consumer and retail product trends, understanding the significance of data, and applying the data patterns to the future. My experiences with teamwork, information management, and problem-solving have prepared me for my future career in business analytics. I hope to turn overwhelming data sets into meaningful analyses that inform future business decisions. After graduating college, I aspire to be a business analyst and utilize data to benefit the future.
