CurrentOrganized and executed events that are consistent with USENIX culture and the vision of the Executive Director.Created and monitor the USENIX Student and Diversity Grants programs for each event.Prepared data reports through Cvent at the request of USENIX board and staff members.Prepared post-conference data analysis reports and other reporting projects forthe Board of Directors and Executive DirectorCreated and maintained registration systems for all events and respond to and resolved attendee registration questions or problems.Created and share USENIX staff conference schedules and conference guides for virtual eventsProvided support at in-person conferences with duties including:Managed registration desk, processing on-site registrations, handling lost registrations, and assisting conference attendees. Served as a primary point of attendee relations for comments, compliments, complaints, and questions.Provided remote support when not on site at conferences and during the pandemicServed as point of contact for board members, speakers, program committee members, staff, and other VIPs to coordinate hotel needs, registration instructions, etc.Primary work on creation and organization of conference agendas, catering orders, and other event documentsPrimary work on the coding and organization of hotel, AV, etc. bills after each event.Worked in collaboration with the Development team to manage show decorator needs for exhibit hall and receptions, from the RFP stage through placing orders and working with onsite staff to create a show floor to ensure a successful event for vendors and sponsors; actively strengthen relationships with key sponsors and pursue additional sponsorships from vendor and attendee poolsCoordinate with the Development Director and Development Manager on fulfilling vendor and sponsor needs, including tabletop exhibits, vendor sessions, etc.Coordinate with the Production team on content for event websites and conference directories
