As the owner of Thompson High Performance Program, I organize and run an elite summer hockey program in the Ottawa area tailored to girls wanting to get more from their hockey experience. My hired staff include other female players who have played or are playing at the highest competitive levels (NCAA/USports/Professional) who can pass on their experience and knowledge, and who will engage and connect with the players. The goal is for players to improve their on-ice performance, learn about the process to achieving your goals, and to work with someone that has been through it all. The 2023 Thompson HP Program sold out.The HP Program extends into the school year with the Thompson HP Mentorship Program sent out exclusively to select players Summer HP Program. The mentorship program entails 1-on-1 work with 5-10 athletes from September through April, including regular Zoom calls, goal setting activities, and workshop activities: school research, writing emails, mock phone calls, off-ice training plan, nutrition, mental training, tournament/showcase-specific goal setting, etc,.

Sticks Together is a not-for-profit foundation that aims to bring the sport of hockey to underprivileged communities around the world. As the founder, I have fundraised over $20,000 and organized three trips to Argentina, South Africa, and the Philippines. Hundreds of children were taught the fundamentals of hockey and will continue to play with the equipment donated by Play It Again Sports.
