As the VP of Member Development, I have led efforts to recruit and retain members, driving an exponential increase in membership. The club started at 5 members and in the past few weeks has grown to 40. I regularly collaborate with professors to promote the club and deliver presentations to large groups of students, highlighting the benefits of joining. I also provide one-on-one mentoring to members, assisting with resume building, interview preparation, and connecting them with departmental resources. This role has sharpened my communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, as I consistently worked to engage and develop members.

During my internship at Powered by Text, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the software sales process such as account management, sales and strategic implementation calls, and software development meetings. I conducted market and competitor research, analyzed data to help inform sales strategies, and worked closely with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
