The Delivery Manager is accountable to develop, lead, and project manage the service delivery POD model strategy required to fulfil large complex technical customer solutions, enabling a seamless transition of the technical solution from the Sales organization to the Customer Implementation team. They drive collaboration activities across multiple roles and varying expertise for both pre-sale and throughout the provisioning process to proactively address challenges and make critical business decisions in order to meet customer expectations.

• Collaborate with client purchasing decision makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influences to drive opportunities• Realigned and streamlined quote processing process to drive revenue and margin for Strategic Sales Team• Partner with sales and architects to develop and implement custom solutions for clients• Contribute to delivering +$5M of business with the Enterprise Sales Team in fiscal 2019 through processing and closing opportunities.• Develop and execute funnel activities with sales to qualify opportunities • Lead and implement sales hygiene processes resulting in pipeline and funnel visibility for sales leadership
