Joined after the acquisition of PassFort by Moody's, and during a period of hyper-growth where the team doubled in size to 100 people, to help make the transition as smooth as possible.Worked with great people and learned a lot about acquisitions but the pull to start Waggle was too strong to resist!

Led and organized the strategic developments and day-to-day running of operations, working closely with the company founders.Key Achievements:- Scaled the company from employee #3 to 50+ team members, growing the company's headcount by over 900%- Instrumental in securing a $50M+ Series A funding round- Grew customer base to 200,000+, scaling Customer Operations to support 10X growth in 12 months- Led multiple critical functions: Customer Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, People, Compliance, and Data- Spearheaded marketing and growth initiatives for the first yearNotable Accomplishments:- Played a key role in obtaining full Consumer Credit firm FCA authorization- Developed compliance and risk management frameworks with bespoke policies and control plans from scratch, resulting in 0% of complaints received by the FOS being upheld since launch- Reduced the number of tickets per customer by 90%+ in 2 years through automation and process improvement while keeping CSAT above 85- Effectively acted as Data Protection Officer, MLRO (CF11)

The General Inspection team sits below the CEO office and reports directly to the Executive Board. Lead a team of 4 auditors carrying audit and advisory missions covering all Natixis business verticals (Insurance, Retail banking, Payments…) in France and worldwide. Our main focus points were: - making sure that internal and external procedures and regulations are correctly applied; - assessing the effectiveness of the internal control framework and spotting areas of improvement; - formulating recommendations and monitoring their completion by fostering a close relationship with the operational teams throughout the company.

I worked together with Insurance companies C-suite in implementing Solvency 2 Pilar Paris II requirements and an Enterprise Risk Management framework. Significant experience Governance & Internal includes: - set-up of risk management frameworks; - managing vendors and third parties’ risks; - audit of service providers on behalf of insurers (such as brokers); - internal control training for C-suite, executive board members and risk managers; - coordination of regulatory reports.

In charge of overseeing the Operational Risk Management and the Internal Control Paris frameworks of HSBC in France, through: - a periodic review of risks, action plans follow-up and stress scenarios; - embedding a risk culture within the business verticals; - the rollout of a global operational risk management tool on the French perimeter; - the coordination of regulatory reports.

Within a team of Corporate Actions Managers, in charge of:- Relationship Management for a Portfolio of Broker/Dealers clients;- Process Audit & Re-engineering (Automation via VBA and Implementation of new tools);- Change Management.

Within Internal Control and Internal Audit teams:- Analysis & Improvement of Risk Managament Processes (Credit Risk, Maket Risk, Operational Risk)- Identification of Opportunities to improve current Processes
