Facing a diverse range of customers who had various issues with their new homes and dealing with confrontational situations.Developing build programmes and managing trades attending homes to finalise any remedial works.Building customer rapports and maintaining relationships and being a sole point of contact for any concerns or issues. Maintaining continuity for the customers and attending appointments, some of which are out of hours.Clerical procedures such as organising trades and purchase orders as well as constructing documents surrounding works being completed.Having a knowledge of NHBC standards and inspecting properties and works completed, to these standards. Handing over a home to a customer completed and exceeding their expectations.

A challenging role that allows me to utilise my communication skills with a diverse client basis. I enjoy the challenge of maximising my sales and utilising my creativity to achieve this and thrive on target driven environments. I have recently been trained to deliver a computer training package for new starters to the company and also am also responsible for the mentoring and guidance of new employees to the region prior to having their own development to manage.From my previous career history a sales environment role is where my skills of selling, communication and building customer confidence are utilised the most. This role allows me to fulfil my personal goals of being able to help clients find their perfect property and a home that they are happy in whilst giving me a target driven focus. It is my ambition to develop these skills throughout my career and seek roles that take on more leadership responsibility.

•First Response Role – I was selected for my ability to adapt my communication skill and because of my level of victim care.The role was tailored to meet all of the victims needs, concerns and expectations whilst being able to obtain vital evidence following serious sexual assaults. •Providing a service to the public – I joined to be able to assist the public in living happy lives without intrusion from criminal activity. I am a firm believer that ever contact leaves a trace and made sure that on every occasion I gave member of the public the best possible service – whether it be educating them about their speed or taking crime details for a burglary. •Conducting Investigations – I would complete investigations from initially taking statements and obtaining vital evidence, to arresting and interviewing suspects.•Negotiating with the public to achieve positive outcomes – My negotiation skills have enabled me to diffuse many potential violent situations.•Managing confrontation and diffusing conflict – On numerous occasions I was tasked with attending locations where there was incidents of violence and I would be solo crewed. This meant that I had to evaluate all the information available and be prepared for a host of scenarios on arrival. I have attended several situations where weapons have been involved and I have had to utilise both physical and mental skill to be able to defuse the situation and make sure that all parties were safe. For the last two years in my role I have been a trained taser officer which has required me to attend scenes of extreme violence.•Supporting colleagues – In my current role I have acted as a mentor and tutor and also supported colleagues having been to some difficult and mentally taxing incidents.Achievements include 2 chief superintendent and 1 chief constable commendation.
