Currently, Sarah is the Third Party Risk Management (Cyber Due Diligence) Manager at FanDuel and enjoying learning all about the world of sports betting. Watching the company grow and flourish, while focusing on their supply chain security, has been such an exciting experience!Previously, Sarah managed the information security third party risk management team, while also working to build IT risk management processes at the New York Times. Sarah has worked as an Information Security Risk Specialist and lead Risk engineer at Indeed after her 2.5 year stint at General Motors. She completed her Masters of Information Security Policy and Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2016.She graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a minor in Statistics. Sarah is a very enthusiastic individual with a yearn to learn and gain more knowledge in many different fields. She grasps concepts and tasks easily while contributing what she knows. Sarah works well in groups, as she has had a lot of practice in her previous roles and in school. Sarah has had many leadership roles throughout undergrad and graduate school as well as leading projects at General Motors, Indeed, and The New York Times.Her career passions lie in information security risk management, technology risk policy development, and security risk management program development. She is also very interested in management position, as she strives towards becoming a Chief Information Security Officer, one day!
