- Create and maintain BOMs throughout development process while making RM codes for raw materials when necessary through internal PLM software. - Oversee costing and drive margin performance whilst calling out red flags and actioning solutions.- Ensure adherence to T&A schedule for the timely delivery of all samples and fabric/trim orders.- Attend fittings and lead WIP meetings to ensure updates are made quickly and efficiently.- Manage Raw Materials and Product Development for the LIKELY division under Jaya Apparel, establish strong cross functional team relationships.- Anticipate and identify any potential obstacles in the development process and facilitate the effective resolution of issues.

- Assist in fabric and trim sourcing, development and organization; source trims in garment district as needed.- Prepare and track packages to overseas development partners to ensure on-time delivery.- Maintain the BOMs to keep styles updated at all times while creating RM codes for new raw materials. - Cross reference all trackers and WIPs created by internal team; ensuring a high level of accuracy.

- Served as a consultant and directly worked with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry + Key collaborator and partner of various Chambers of Commerce CEOs/members across the world.- Researched and gathered data on how Chambers can integrate business model innovation, to stay relevant with their young entrepreneurs and business owners/audience. Analyzed the use of innovation within Chambers of Commerce. - Traveled to Dubai to attend the World Chambers Congress in Fall 2021, to deliver formal reports and findings.- Collaborated with Dr. Adam J Bock to conduct several meetings with the World Chambers Federation Task Force team to discuss the practice of Business Model Innovation and its potential integration within Chambers of Commerce.
