During my time at No Rules my responsibilities moved from front to back of house. With this transition I put earlier experiences to use to form a bridge between the different departments. As reservations manager I handled all group- and event requests and briefed managers on duty. In addition I took care of customer service and made sure the website was representative and up to date.

Starting at No Rules I covered different positions, such as waitress, passe runner and bartender. We had different trainings on service, food concept and wine knowledge. Aiming to suggest and advice guests properly, delivering great service.

After working at Winkel 43 for two years I was given the opportunity to be in charge of the social media account of the cafe. From here I took on more accounts and helped create and plan online content, establish and realise strategy for the online presence of a brand in connection to business objectives.
