I have been working in the Luxury Hotel industry for 10 years after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. I have worked and assisted in all areas of hotels and know how important each and every role and department is for overall success. Currently, I have the opportunity to manage a boutique wellness retreat/hotel in Southern California which has won multiple awards every year for being one of the most highly rated wellness retreats in California, based on guest's reviews. In my current role, I have been able to focus on my passions for guest services, spa management, wellness package sales, and event planning.
