I joined Landmark Health in May 2016 as a Pod leader, managing a panel of complex patients and managing 4 Advance Practice Practitioners helping to oversee their panels as well. In May of 2020 I was promoted to Zone Medical director, overseeing another Pod Leader, 8 APPs, as well as managing my own panel. In 2021 I became an Associate Medical Director, with more administrative duties including personnel management, quality oversight, utilization review and management, engagement and outreach among other duties. Over the course of my time at Landmark I have become a subject matter expert on HCC recapture and HEDIS Quality Measures, helping our market to meet all metrics for the last several years.

I have enjoyed doing case reviews and consulting for legal counsel regarding medical malpractice cases, offering an objective review of medico-legal issues. I am available for case reviews, consulting, and/or expert witness testimony on an as-needed basis.

During this time, I served as Quality Director, EMS Director, Assistant Director, and Director at various times.
