• American Express Personal Savings is an online direct bank that offers FDIC-insured High-Yield Savings Accounts and Certificates of Deposit directly to consumers. This is a key component of American Express’ strategy to develop and maintain a stable and diversified source of direct deposit funding. As a manager I play a key role in enhancing the financial analytics and reporting capabilities of the Personal Savings business. • I’m responsible for business performance tracking and competitive peer analysis as well as understanding customer behavior. I create actionable insights that drive business results and provide data driven decision support for senior leadership.

• As a PMO analyst I helped with the strategic planning & execution of process improvement initiatives, program management and data analytic assignments. I also worked with leadership to provide strategic recommendations and assist with presentations. • I managed key global programs such as our Service Fee, Capital Plan, Risk Engagement requirements (SOP’s, PRSA’s) and T&E budget management. As a survey and tracker analyst I managed the intraocular lens segment of the financial market, monitored industry trends and developments and conducted custom ad hoc financial research and analysis. Our clients specialized in a wide array of business sectors such as industrial, technology, healthcare and consumer packaged goods and were primarily from financial and consulting firms.

• Perception Research Services (PRS) is a full service market research firm specializing in commercial packaging consulting. I began in an entry level position as a Quantitative Support Assistant and due to my high performance I was promoted to an associate after 8 months and promoted again to an analyst after 10 months.• Within these roles I developed strong project management and strategic analysis skills. Clients would present business questions / objectives to which I would design and implement custom market research studies and manage logistics on multiple projects at a time. On the back end of these projects I analyzed the data and created digestible results driven reports for leadership that were targeted to business needs.
