I work closely with our Sales Development Program to ensure that they are fully trained in product knowledge, processes, systems, soft skills, and selling skills before they head out to the field. I also develop and deliver training for our reps that are in the field for our National Account Channel Partners. I work closely with the Sales Training team to ensure that training is up to date and available.

I am focused on training and preparing new team members on our Customer Care and Centralized Service Teams. I train on product, process, systems, and soft skills. I also complete quality assessments montly for all team members. I lead and have grown our Bright Immersive Learning program.

I answer phone calls from homeowners, Lowe's associates, and ProDealer associates. I assist with part orders, warranty claims, product information, warranty information, and general troubleshooting. I also assist with ETA requests, RP/XP requests, Paradigm/M2O/PQM troubleshooting, and general questions. I also assist our Logistics and ProDealer service teams.

I complete shipping and receiving transactions daily. I also complete cycle counts on all material on the floor and in the warehouse. I am responsible for kitting and warehouse layout.
