Working on the O2 business to business sales team I was responsible to 'cold call' SME's on a daily basis and sell mobile phone packages that would be best suited to them and their business needs.Responsibilities also included:-Training and supporting new starters-Feeding back information/ideas for future packages to O2-Managing team(s)-Upselling-Monitoring / scoring the quality of calls made to clients by other consultants.Always excelled on targets given and was consistently over 200%+ of targets set on a monthly basis.
