- Assist in managing all Welton Academy employees via training and development, helping to approve department plans, brainstorming and implementing new systems and ideas to improve Welton Academy, troubleshooting, and problem solving.- Collaborate with other executive staff, including researching on continual ways to make any form of Welton Academy better with its growth of online school of over 1200 students word-wide.- Management of all online and hardcopy media, including design and content management kept refreshed, to brand, and up-to-date.- Management of all company servers, internet hosting, email accounts, and situations regarding troubleshooting of software company-wide, including staff and students via providing complete technical support. This includes updating, managing, and creating online Learning-Management-Systems (LMS) and Customer-Management-Systems (CMS) to better the company.
