I love working with people and my success has come from my natural ability to build and maintain relationships. I have a proven track record and vast experience in the telecoms world across sales, employee experience and engagement. I have worked in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment and have climbed the ladder within O2 Telefonica UK Ltd/Virgin Media O2 gaining many skills along the way. My current role involves working with internal and external vendors, stakeholders and agencies to create, manage and drive compelling and dynamic campaigns, incentives and awareness activities, as well as driving our recognition programme and engagement activities through our retail estate and head office functions. Working with, and developing people to achieve their full potential is my passion. I am involved in several Diversity, Equity and Inclusion networks and projects, which includes taking a lead in our Women’s Network and being a part of the LGBTQ+ setting group, driven by a desire to create a workplace to which everyone can bring their true and full selves. I am also a Mental Health and Well-being lead, passionate about advocating for those who can’t always find their voice.
