Alma Ensemble fosters human connection through great music written by women. Aspects include:- Manage & create content for 6 RSO social media accounts, including analytics analysis, marketing, and customer service.- Develop and administrate community engagement initiatives of the RSO to recruit new patrons to RSO concerts.- Prospect and develop new community relationships and potential audiences.- Administrate 4 youth ensembles, recruit students, manage budgets, supervise instructors, communicate regularly with parents and students.- Manage key relationships with local school districts.- Manage fundraising and advertisement for RSO education in collaboration with development and executive directors.- Work closely with board chair to plan and execute bi-monthly education committee meetings.- Plan, recruit students, & execute one-week music summer camp for 115 students ages 9-17; hire & supervise 24 faculty and staff employed for the camp.

- Recruited participants and researched user needs for educational scavenger hunt app: ArtQuest- Developed multiple personas for according to best practices to create a holistic user experience.- Worked with mentors and peers to create low, mid, and high-fidelity wireframes that were evaluated and refined at each level of fidelity.- Developed a clickable, high-fidelity prototype with polished UI that drew on user interviews, researched task flows, and sitemaps. This was refined after usability testing using 6 participants.- Followed a project brief to create the UI for a study aid app.- Developed the sitemaps and information architecture. - Created mood boards, icons, and color palettes to ensure a cohesive look and feel that aligned with needs of the user persona.

Planned, managed and instructed school-wide instrumental program. Aspects included:-Reported to school administrators and communicated regularly with parents. -Instructed PK-3 general music; elementary choir; elementary, middle, and high school band; music appreciation; and songwriting.-Recruited students for middle and high school band programs. -Developed and executed semesterly performances for all ensembles.-Developed teaching plans and musical opportunities for international students of varying musical abilities in order to foster an inclusive learning environment for students of all cultures and abilities. - Maintain music equipment, music library and music curriculum.
