- Developed, managed and delivered the 2018 performance program and program budget- Producing five award-winning performance works for the inaugural Fringe World Festival program ‘Reckless Acts’, with artists incl. Angela Goh, Malcolm Whittaker and Pony Express - Managed all operational negotiations, budgets and contracting, whilst overseeing the delivery of all performances

- Responsible for the planning of the Fringe World Hub, The Pleasure Garden (TPG) incl six performance venues and over 100 shows representing various performing arts genres such as theatre, burlesque, comedy, music and circus- I oversaw all artist liaison, including programming, producing offer documents, contracting, visa applications for international artists as well as safe work method statements, technical specifications and the day to day running for each show- Responsible for delivering all artistic aspects of TPG regarding, comprising of overseeing ticket sales, providing artist support, marketing, and media opportunities- Liaised with Front of House and technical staff in each venue to ensure the smooth running of the program

- Provided leadership to the company from its inception, including developing and implementing procedures, policies and business strategies - oversaw the development, collaboration and negotiation of productions to fulfil the artistic, strategic and financial objectives- Secured inaugural triennial funding of over $300,000 from the DLGSCI.- Represented the company in the national and international context at forums such as CINARS in Montreal, PAMS in South Korea, APAM, APACA and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe- Artist liaison with seven company artists (Gita Bezard, Adriane Daff, Jeffrey Jay Fowler, Arielle Gray, Chris Isaacs, Kathryn Osborne and Tim Watts) and all touring personnell- Oversaw all creative personnell, casual staff, contractors as well as volunteers- Developed and managed finances for program season- Developed and implemented regional, national and international touring strategy for all shows aligning with the company’s objectives- Researched and prepared grant applications for each show- Successfully grew philanthropic and grant investments to ensure the ongoing operational side of the business to over $150,000
