• Source and recruit candidates for senior level IT and DT positions for various fortune 500 clients across the United States. • Participate in kick-off meetings for searches with clients to align recruitment strategy. • Develop and ensure that documents such as the Position Prospectus, Interview Guide and Position Competency Model for individual job openings are agreed upon and approved by the hiring manager and HR partner.• Prepare candidate summaries, position competency models and resumes of prospective candidates for client review and analysis. • Participate in weekly progress review calls with clients to review the searches including but not limited to discussing next steps for candidates, presenting new candidates and making adjustments to the search and search criteria as needed. • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients including internal briefing and debriefing calls/meetings.• Coach hiring managers to make healthy and effective hiring decisions that will result in an excellent quality of hire.• Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners through the offer process and on-boarding activities.

• Assisted in segmenting donor file to define solicitation strategies and group moves management. Spent significant time analyzing our gift ask string to ensure we were moving donors up the pipeline.• Coordinated annual fund renewal mailings and direct mail acquisition programs.
