As a member of the corporate executive team, Sarah Weill is responsible for determining the strategies, objectives, and roadmaps of the Muraflex brands. As a key strategic decision maker, Sarah develops and executes strategies to secure sustainable growth. As VP Strategy and Marketing, Sarah oversee all marketing activities to ensure their alignment with the corporate & brand strategy. She also has established and oversees the successful implementation of various programs including an ESG program, an internal and external training program, integration and M&A programs, and is a key player in the digital transformation, product development and innovation committees, and more.

Sarah Weill heads the marketing department and is in charge of leading the company's marketing efforts as the Marketing Director. She is responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, analyzing marketing programs and adjusting strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness, managing marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brands. Sarah works closely with the all company departments to help achieve corporate objectives and maximize profits and market share.

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, Sarah Weill identifies business opportunities, establishes strategic partnerships and overall drives sales. She has developed a specific expertise in new technologies currently working with Léger’s newest tool: a cutting-edge online community software. She is also responsible for creating and implementing multi-channel marketing products, campaigns and strategies. From managing numerous multi-country 360 research projects in the past, she has developed an expertise for understanding consumer psychology and product lifecycle, and providing strategic advice based on complex data. Overall, Sarah works closely with the executives and greatly contributes to Léger’s overall business plan.

WIN (Worldwide Independent Network) is the largest association of leading independent market research and polling firms throughout the world and created and led by Leger. Sarah Weill manages and oversees all international research projects conducted by the Association as the Director of International Research. She has extensive experience managing large-scale and multi-country research projects for a variety of clients. Sarah’s position also entails a strong marketing and business development role in which she has successfully generated tremendous new business through various marketing strategies, campaigns, products and tools. Contributing to the Association’s client and international business development, Sarah brings to the Association a wealth of expertise in market research, statistical analysis, strategic consulting and marketing.

As a licensed real estate agent, Sarah was independently responsible for generating leads, communicating and maintaining a network of clients, property management companies and home-owners, and negotiating, drafting and closing deals for numerous luxury Manhattan properties.
