Production Planning• Execute production plan supporting the master schedule - issuing of Production orders, rework orders and managing outstanding demand.• Liaise with Manufacturing Group to ensure optimal capacity levels and production efficiencies whilst maintaining customer service levels.• Communicate with Distribution centres with regards to delivery schedules, priorities and expedites.• Review of demand requirements to ensure customer needs are optimised.Inventory Management• Effective management of inventory pipeline (RM, WIP , FGI, MRB, RTV, Sub-Con) at plant level in line with Budget targets on a Quarterly basis.• Manage effective disposition of Excess and ObsolescenceData Maintenance• Management of Material Master data and associated Distribution Centers • Creation of Engineering Requests where originating from Materials group• Review and approve ECR from a Materials perspective, completion of ECR follow-up actions as required.• NPI builds – Control of raw material and identification of First Article Items Quality• Arrange disposition of MRB stock; RTV (return to vendor), rework, or scrap as appropriate.• Materials representative on relevant Quality calls / initiatives with Vendors on an as needed basis• Vendor Audits where applicable.
