I am an experienced business manager with proven leadership skills and a flair for operational excellence. As a leader with strong communication skills I have the ability to quickly form positive and trusting partnerships with diverse stakeholder networks, and actively seek out development prospects with existing and potential customers. My true passion lies within the not for profit sector, with particular aspirations towards youth leadership and community development. This is proven through my involvement with an international youth and sustainable development charity, subsequent establishment of the charity in NZ, and my extensive fundraising efforts for personal adventure challenges in order to support those in need. I am adaptable, organised and resourceful, thrive in dynamic team environments and have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire people to achieve excellent results, particularly when faced with challenge and change.
