Placing campus hires (intern and entry-level associates) into positions across our Southeast offices in our Risk Assurance practice - including Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management and Process Assurance (ICRS/PA) groups as well as Advanced Risk and Compliance Analytics Solutions (ARCA).

Collaborate with recruiting team members on Carolina Internship Experience, including onboarding, training, project and work schedules, community involvement and networking opportunities throughout internship to continuously enhance professional development for success.Maintain and strengthen relationships with key university accounting related organizations, academic faculty and strong internal networks of PwC university relationship partners and client service staff.Organize and execute campus and in-office events and maintain a calendar of these events for market use. Coordinate interview schedules, both for on-campus interviews and office visits, in four Carolina offices. Facilitate offer decision process with 80 percent acceptance rate. Create campus job requisitions in Kenexa BrassRing (Source 1) recruiting system annually and manage recruiting process for entry level candidates
