7 years experience volunteering in Primary schools whilst studying, initially within the early years sector then moving onto child development learning support pathway. Personal skills include compassion, time management, classroom management conflict resolution, patience, empathy, leadership skills,good standard of literacy and numeracy, manage pupil behaviour and deliver and supervise small group activities. Three years experience working with children with additional needs on a supply basis.
