I am currently responsible for Factory Support and Value Engineering for Marine and Protective Coatings in EMEA and Russia. In this role my team and I are required to provide technical support for our factory locations. The team also works on Value Engineering - trying to ensure the best value product is produced.

In this role I have worked alongside 8 other committee members from different business units within PPG in the UK to launch the Young Professionals Organisation in the UK. The organisation is aimed at retaining our young professionals by building a strong network and exposing the group to the different opportunities that PPG offers. The committee recently held an event attended by 60 of the members and included inspiring and motivational talks from a global HR director, General Business Manager and US quality manager.
