fielding calls and enquiries, raising invoices using sage, working as part of a team, working to deadlines, updating in house and external information systems, making appointments, taking over the phone payments, basic admin duties ie filing, creating letters and emails.

greeting customers, meeting customer needs, maintaining clean and tidy environment, receiving and verifying goods, stock monitoring and replenishing, processing card, cheque and cash payments, promoting products, possibly displays, giving a positive impression of myself and the company, good telephone manner.
