• Accountable to sponsoring business organization for the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into Accenture from an operational and cultural perspective (50-300 employees).• Responsible for developing the integration strategy, governance model, and guiding principles to join acquired employees into Accenture’s operating model, organizational structure, and go-to-market approach.• Managed 20 cross-functional workstreams to facilitate proper collaboration between front and back office functions and ensure business case commitments to Accenture and acquired leadership are met.• Collaborated with global senior leadership across all branches of the organization, as well as acquired leaders to proactively manage risk and issues and ensure the long-term success of Accenture’s investment.
