After many years of soul searching I have now taken the leap to learn a new role and taken the decision to commence a new role moving into HR/People after a wonderful 16 years in retail banking.

During this period I was responsible for risk for the Manchester area and acted as deputy for the local director. This was an enjoyable role and my decision to leave was to develop further my skills and follow my interest in HR moving away from retail banking.

Retail Branch Manager for Altrincham & Trafford Park branch.Responsible for performance in customer experience, sales, compliance and people management both directly and indirectly. This was a highly enjoyable role and very rewarding one where I also supported the wider area.
