• Development of business cases with stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, with high level scoping and cost estimates• Co-ordinate design and testing of new developments, defining the scope of the tests, quality measures and use cases• Proactively liaise with end-users, advocating process and gathering requirements for system changes and enhancements• Develop guidance material and provide training to end-users• Project leadership and team manager.
