Responsible for European Funded NEETs programmes. I regularly liaise with Management and External Partners to discuss; numbers of starts, programme details, compliance, and produce reports. I also ensure paperwork is compliant and upload onto external databases.

Whilst continuing to support members of the Exec Team, managing Reception and the Canteens. I also worked closely with the Centre Manager supporting with Health and Safety compliance, overseeing centre maintenance, reconciliation of petty cash and any other support required.

I arranged diaries, travel accommodation, rationalised emails and took minutes of meetings and any other associated duties. I liaised with senior staff and peers and managed expenses for all staff with cash management and had responsibility for petty cash and supported with Banking. I also took on HR responsibilities, processing sensitive and confidential information on staff members and helping with recruitment. As the company expanded I took on responsibility for the management and running of Reception and two Canteens managing six staff members. I also took on some responsibilities for the facilities of the building.

I worked as part of a team to manage reception where I answered phones, took and delivered messages, greeted staff members, learners and external visitors and introduced a postal system into the company.
