Creating and implementing customer engagement strategy with partners, identifying all possible routes to the consumer and managing regional activity programmes.Project management of regional campaigns, liaising with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations and Insights as well as external stakeholders including Local Authorities, Social Housing providers, community organisations and marketing agencies.Responsibility for engagement of internal teams, providing induction training to new starters, key speaker at conferences.Developing, managing and growing key account partnerships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Landlords nationally.Co-ordination of collateral and resource for high profile national events such as Ideal Home Show, Grand Designs, County Shows.
