Additionally, I managed marketing activities, including online and offline initiatives, and I contributed to the design and delivery of new training and development programmes. Lastly, it was my responsibility to establish and use effective methods to review and improve business administrative systems, and coach and mentor staff as appropriate in order to improve performance.

My previous role at 3fivetwo Training Academy involved marketing and event management.I was responsible for the daily marketing activities for our training courses, which included promoting our courses across online and offline channels. Marketing duties included managing our social media accounts, updating the website, writing blog content and creating publications such as brochures and leaflets. I was also responsible for the organisation of direct mail which included email marketing and letters to both businesses and individuals.I also shared the responsibility for the coordination and management of training events and courses. This included booking catering, preparing course material and paperwork prior to each course, booking course trainers and ensuring the smooth running of each course. Lastly, I assisted with office administration which included processing bookings over the phone, by email and through our online booking form, the creation of invoices after each booking and requesting payment cheques for each of our trainers when required.

Daily tasks included the online promotion of events, services, and campaigns.I managed several social media profiles sharing information, photos, videos and comments with Belfast citizens.Lastly, I had the opportunity to provide editorial content for publications and written articles for local newspapers.
