I am a recent graduate in the Master's in Martial and Family Therapy program at the University of San Diego and a registered MFT Candidate in Colorado (MFTC.0014195) and Associate MFT in California (AMFT#127129). I have a passion for working with children, adults, couples, families, and groups to improve their relationships and mental health. My therapy experience has predominantly been in an integrated care setting at UCSD Family Medicine, where I collaborated with physicians, nurses, and psychiatrists to provide optimum are to patients ranging in the ages of 7 years old to 81 years old. Though I enjoyed working with all my patients at UCSD Family Medicine, I especially enjoyed working with children, adolescents, and their families, and therefore am interested in gaining further experience working with this population. With my background in performing and teaching improvisational comedy, instructing Hatha and Kundalini yoga, and performing various customer services jobs, I am very comfortable interfacing with clients, gathering information, developing relationships, and collaborating with clients on treatment plans. I will be moving to Denver in October 2021, but I would be interested in possibly seeing California clients through tele-health if possible.
