I’m a user adoption-oriented consultant who specializes in Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive implementations, user adoption, M365 governance, which productivity tools to use and when, cybersecurity culture, Business Relationship Management (BRM), and business analysis. Projects under my leadership benefit from an IT transformation lens, aiming to not only implement M365 tools and support users with adoption efforts, but to develop long-term strategies for the organization (and IT) to continuously evolve practices end enhance overall M365 maturity. I’ve spent over 15 years in the technology space and bring 8 years of local government experience from my time as an IT leader with the City of Boulder. While with Boulder, I helped lead the organization's migrations to Microsoft 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams and transformed the IT Service Desk, reducing ticket resolution times, refining IT service standards, and establishing a successful intranet presence for Information Technology in SharePoint Online. I’ve worked on projects with small cities, water districts, fire districts, counties, hospitals, organizations focused on public education, and departments at the state and federal level.5-year board member of the Colorado Government Association of IT (CGAIT); President 2020-2021
