During my time at AMP, I was responsible for a diverse portfolio of strategic change programs in including integration of acquisitions and regulatory change. Key roles included: Program Lead, Finance and Risk TransformationI lead a transformation team for the newly integrated AXA and AMP finance and risk functions as part of AMPs longer term business transformation. This involved a large-scale change in finance and risk strategy both focused on a more sustainable and efficient business and platform operating models as well as future proofing the business for an emerging stricter regulatory environment. Program Lead, Australian Banking and Financial Services Reform Responsible for the development of a strategic change program to ensure the legislative compliance to new regulations were met on 1st July 2013. These changes were both within AMP internal teams and across 11 AMP licensees and independent financial planning advisers. The team successfully delivered the change program to a group of 6500 planners and practice staff and 1500 internal staff. Program Lead, AMP AXA Merger for Corporate Integration functionsResponsible for the transition and optimisation of two culturally diverse corporate divisions into a central multi-located function. Transition focused on people and culture change, process reengineering and system integration. Key success criteria for the program was the delivery of significant synergy savings for AMP Group and creation of a truly integrated team with a shared culture, purpose and values.
