· Reviewing project contract requirements, scope of works, drawings and material take-off quantities. · Gather contractual information and AFC material take off for the development of Project Schedule. · Establish Baseline Schedule using Primavera 6. · Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against the baseline schedules. · Assesses the impacts of design or construction changes and schedule slippages · Reports status of schedule to appropriate project management team and client · Prepares and monitor Look Ahead Schedules and coordinates with the project team for actual implementation · Monitor project developments and develop weekly progress reports, resource loading and productivity analysis. · Preparation of progress S- Curves and graphs for tracking of actual project status against the plan so as to ensure timely development & completion of the project · Develop and submit daily work targets against achieved values. · Prepares and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports · Verify critical path and interfaces between design, engineering /procurement and execution of the project · Work with procurement on material deliverables and material ETA dates · Attend weekly meetings with the client and highlight concerns which might cause project delay, future possible acceleration, escalation or extension of time.· Responsible to control and monitor project budget including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded · Prepares cash flow movement to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget· Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim submissions with complete attachments as per Client’s requirement
