Dr. Abel attended National University of Health Sciences and graduated from the accredited university as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019. Dr. Abel completed the program with top honors as valedictorian, summa cum laude. Her professional experience includes work with Naturopathic, Chiropractic, and Medical doctors in Chicago, Minneapolis, and California. She is currently seeing patients for in-person appointments at Lighthouse Wellness Center in Roseville, CA, and continues to provide international and remote care to patients via telemedicine. Additionally, Dr. Abel is a Certified Nutritional Specialist (CNS), awarded by the American Nutrition Association. She holds a bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo (CalPoly SLO) with a major in Biological sciences and a minor in Spanish. She is a proud member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association. Skills and certifications include: Prolotherapy and PRP, Nutritional IV Therapy, CNS, Genealogical care and Escharotics.
