Key Accounts Manager
Current- Managing Hospitality Logistics vertical that includes managing FF&E Key Accounts & turnkey projects management for Hotels & Residences projects which includes freight management & fit-out management.- Key Account Management by means of effectively identifying and communicating customer’s needs to internal teams (Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Finance, Management etc.) to resolve challenges, improve products offering and exceed customer expectation.- Developing solid and trusting relationships with major key clients, by means of:o Resolving key client issues and complaints.o Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and providing solutionso Anticipating key account changes and improvements.o Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.o Strategic planning to improve client results.o Negotiating contracts and establishing a timeline of performance.- Creation and update of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for several Key Accounts- Points-person for end to end freight management of Project Cargo - Manage resources and prioritize workloads within the Department to ensure achievement of KPIs- Coach, support and motivate team members through regular 1:1 and quarterly reviews to identify and address development needs and construct development plans which will build a high-quality team.- Global Tender bidding & Renewal/Update for existing customers- Ensuring smooth and wholesome relationship with global network partners- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, issues, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.>> Added responsibility of Copy-Editor for company’s Bi-Monthly Newsletter “Lighthouse” amongst other content writing tasks for social media.
