Evolved an integrated Technical Support and Sales Engineering team as well as a specialized Technical Services team supporting a wide range of storage and network protocol test products.Worked closely with our R/D team and early adopter customers to help verify designs and define product features.Drove JDSU's active role at industry interoperability events where our products were used to evaluate performance and debug issues.

Designed and developed Technical Support and Field Support teams for Finisar’s Storage and Communication Protocol Test Equipment line. Our excellent technical product support and protocol training were key to Finisar Network Tools’ success with Network Equipment Manufacturing customers (NEMs) in the Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network (LAN and WAN) industries.Also built a Systems Engineering team to deploy and support our Data Center Monitoring product (later spun off as Virtual Instruments)
