Sara’s passion in life is to help other people become truly empowered. She helps people make the changes that they need to lead the life that they want. Using her vast experience, ever growing knowledge of the field of personal, professional and educational development and natural empathy, Sara has helped thousands of people overcome mental blocks, get out of their own way and break free from emotional baggage. Some of the common issues have included: childhood trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, anger issues plus lack of motivation, feelings of not being good enough and many more. Sara is dedicated to delivering personal and professional development through a variety of modalities (open and in-house) as well as one to one sessions. These include: NLP Prac and Master Prac courses (accredited with the ANLP) and Time Line™ Therapy Practitioner Courses. Under Brain Zoo Academy Sara delivers empowering learning coaching and academic enhancement courses Speed Reading and Jumpstarting™ Word and Number Skills Courses. The Jumpstarting™ Word and Number Skills course, co-developed with Paula Montie B.Ed., focuses on helping struggling students with learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia and ADHD, poor literacy and numeracy, to overcome the debilitating symptoms of these problems and really learn how to learn. The Jumpstarting™ Process was used as the basis of the research she carried out for her MA in Adult Learning and Development at NUI Galway.The Jumpstarting™ Literacy and Numeracy course was piloted successfully with three primary schools in 2013 and she delivered EPV courses for primary school teachers in Froebel College, now part of NUI Maynooth Dept. of Education. Since 2013, over 80 primary school teachers across Ireland have been trained to use The Jumpstarting™ Process in both mainstream and learning support, with incredible results. In her private sessions she uses the knowledge and skills from NLP, Time Line Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EnergeticNLP, Clean Language, 7 Habits and mBIT coaching. With this amazing ‘toolbox’ it means that she can use the most effective techniques to help people make the deep and lasting as efficiently as possible.
