Hello! I am often referred to as a unicorn, and not the Hello Pony kind, although we can agree, they are magical. To date, I have been gifted with a unique career path beginning as a Creative Director managing large teams of 30+ designers to Visual Merchandising at The Home Depot and my current role as Director of Omnichannel with Estee Lauder. Each step has allowed me to acquire exciting skills where I have utilized that knowledge to lead innovative retail strategies for some of the top Fortune 500 companies. Collectively, this has made me an expert at creative direction, big ideation and go to market activation while being immersed in the customer experience which I live and breathe every day.Along the way, I’ve become a customer fanatic - one who has successfully designed and scaled creative, digital and in store strategies spanning from $1M to $35M. My strengths include attracting top talent, aligning stakeholders, and developing best-in-class creative and business teams from 3 to 30+ associates. I’m a consummate learner and fervent people developer that surrounds myself with industry leaders who know way more than I do! A few of my favorite accomplishments:• Developed competitive seasonal event campaigns through cross-functional partnerships delivering inspirational shopping moments from in-store to online and print media that blunted market share generating sales of $70M+ over three years.• Built multi-agency partnership spearheading design of the Home Depot 2020 Lighting Showroom of the Future pilot store.• Eliminated aging tear pad program by pioneering a team of 20+ associates, UX/CX designers and vendor partners to develop and launch to scale the new digital ticket platform that enables BOPIS fulfillment, build-a-cart and in aisle ordering generating $8.5M+ annual benefit.When I am not chipping away at the office, my weekends are spent shuffling from lacrosse fields to swimming pools growing our future leaders of America one win, and loss at a time.
