Responsible for overall people-change and readiness across Wealth with 3,500 roles impacted by the divestment. Led a team of change practitioners while also providing mentoring, guidance and support. Developed the over-arching Change Strategy establishing a framework to consistently capture change impacts and events, as well as the delivery of communications. Responsible for engagement, reporting and communication to the Wealth Executive and Leadership Team, providing a coordinated view of change across the program. Led the change engagement with both Acquirer organisations.Key achievements: Initiation and delivery of employee experience journeys based on design thinking principles; the introduction of a digital change management tool enabling robust oversight of change impacts and events across the program; and advocating for the value of change among project and business stakeholders.

Responsible for collaborating with the Head of the newly established Separation Management Office (SMO) and the ANZ Wealth Executive team to deliver key foundation outcomes to facilitate program initiation in the lead up to deal signing. Included Project management support for the sale announcement; Building a team to deliver redacted business collateral to the Data Room during bidding and black box stages as part of the M&A sale process; and developing the program's PMO strategy.

Responsible for the business project management of key strategic and compliance initiatives as well as the line management of 10 project managers.In addition to the development and implementation of a PMO training & development strategy focusing on design thinking and agile project practices, also responsible for the business project management of key strategic and compliance initiatives. Accountable for stakeholder engagement; Business Case development; application for investment slate funding; project scope definition; resource planning; budgeting and forecasting; achievement of phase-based milestones; implementation and reporting to Sponsors and Steering Committees.

Responsible for an annual project portfolio budget of $5.0m to deliver business critical change across ANZ Wealth’s Superannuation, Pension and Investment platforms. Managed a team of 15 project staff including project managers and business analysts.
