I managed and maintained the University Health Center's budget, income, and expenses. This included reconciling all of the Health Center's transactions with the University's SAP accounting system. Additionally, I produced and distributed monthly, annual, and fiscal year-end financial reports from both SAP and our QuickBooks shadow system.

I was responsible for managing all Professional Service requests made by FileBound partners and end users, and relaying information concerning costs and timelines. I often facilitated communication between internal departments in regards to specific requests. My main objective was to deliver a very high level of customer service for all FileBound Professional Services requests from inception to completion.
