As Founder and Principal, I bring over 15 years of experience helping organizations make better-informed decisions through a variety of applied business and economic research and consulting services. SG Insights is proud to provide public, private, and nonprofit clients across industries with objective analysis, in-depth research, and meaningful insights through a portfolio of customized consulting services. Throughout my career, I have led or contributed to over 300 applied research and consulting projects and initiatives. Parallel to my passion for serving clients is that of leadership development. I've spent my career hiring, training, leading, and mentoring a continually evolving team of research assistants. Over the years I’ve guided over 120 undergraduate and graduate research assistants through their experiential learning journey and encouraged their leadership potential. Outside of my career, I enjoy serving my community through Rotary and working on local Boards. Currently, I serve as the Salisbury Sunrise Rotary President, a member of the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business Dean’s Career Advisory, and a member of the BFG Financial Advisors- Advisory Board. Former roles include the faculty advisor to the Salisbury University Student United Way and chair of the Board of Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore. I enjoy running and taking on new challenges.
