I am a licensed attorney in Tennessee, and currently serve as Associate General Counsel at Pilot Company. As Associate General Counsel, I provide legal support to the company's Construction, Real Estate, Restaurant, and Environmental teams. My prior experience includes facilitating complex transactions involving business interests, real estate, and private equity investments for 501(c)(3) entities. In this role I effectively communicated legal and tax issues to clients and stakeholders. At the same time, I achieved a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy certification from American College of Financial Services.I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from Belmont College of Law, and my Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Throughout my educational career, I have honed skills in the areas of legal research and writing, tax and international law, corporate law, contracts, and real estate. I love taking on a challenge that requires me to problem solve and provide a strategic solution.
