Manage, mentor, and lead a team of program managers responsible for negotiating and executing contracts for international government customers including the European Space Agency (ESA), Poland, Hungary, Türkiye, India, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to ensure successful completion of spaceflight mission contracts.Coordinate with cross functional teams at Axiom to establish and refine processes to improve the experience and products, including guides, for customers with spaceflight contracts.Led effort to update the Statement of Work (SOW) for Private Astronaut Missions, clearly defining what services are part of the contract, what is excluded, and what could be purchased at a price to the customer while capturing the internal costs to Axiom for all line items to ensure Axiom sells a spaceflight mission at a profit with margin.Support Revenue by reviewing and providing feedback on sales materials and working closely to align on execution for customers and the future business strategies for those countries.

Integrated cross functional teams (Mission Operations, Medical, Legal, Finance, Communications, Crew Experience, Marketing, Guest Operations, and others) and Italian customers to successfully execute the spaceflight contract between the Italian Air Force (ItAF), Italian Ministry of Defence (MoD), and Axiom for the Italian seat on the Ax-3 mission by facilitating internal and external communication between Italian customers and Axiom team members to ensure program objectives and contract deliverables were met.Negotiated and executed contracts for the Italian Space Agency (ASI), the Italian Ministry of Agriculture (MASAF), and four Italian industry companies for the Ax-3 mission.Worked through and resolved issues with customers as they arose, taking into consideration customer satisfaction and Axiom’s business needs.Led contract negotiations with the Hungarian government for a future spaceflight to ISS.Developed and maintained ops products for the Revenue Operations and Sales teams to use when structuring deals, including determining a pricing model for selling volume instead of mass on Axiom missions due to mass volume constraints typically being maxed out before mass constraints.

Led the development of Ax-1 flight control training for the Axiom Integration System (AXIS) console position, developed several common content classes for all flight controllers, and supported on-console operations for the first ever private astronaut mission (PAM).Coordinated with NASA and SpaceX as Crew Training lead for Axiom’s first professional astronaut, Col. Walter Villadei, to schedule his training and tracked progress in order to process payments for the contract.Acquired a digital procedures software tool for the Mission Operations and Engineering teams, negotiating to save Axiom money over the course of the Axiom Station lifetime.Worked with the Axiom engineers on defining the Axiom Station voice, video, and Caution & Warning (C&W) systems and how these systems will integrate into the ISS, including initial development of operations concepts for these systems.

Coordinated with subsystem experts, most closely with the Communications & Tracking (C&T) and Computer Human Interfaces (CHI) subject matter experts (SMEs), to determine the flight software data required to configure and operate the Lunar Gateway for autonomous operation.Identified over 450 use cases for the C&T and CHI subsystems that require telemetry and commands between the Vehicle Systems Manager (VSM) and the Module System Managers (MSMs) and wrote tasks for 42 of these use cases.

Certified as a CRONUS flight controller for the ISS and had over 2,700 hours of real-time operations experience as an expert in the Communications and Tracking (C&T) and Command and Data Handling (CDH) systems, ensuring crew safety and mission success and occasionally responding to real-time anomalies and resolving them.Led numerous missions and software transitions for CRONUS including cargo vehicles SpX-16, NG-12, and HTV-9; the P6 and S6 Li-Ion Battery upgrade EVAs; and the Common Communications for Visiting Vehicles (C2V2) software transition from R2 to R3, requiring integration between the ISS Program and Flight Operations Directorate due to the visiting vehicle schedule constraints which was the first ever software transition to use the astronaut’s Visual Task List on the ISS planning timeline.Mentored CRONUS flight controller trainees and trained to certify as an Avionics instructor for the ISS, obtaining my mini-simulation certification in June 2020.Managed a team of six people from various branches in the review and analysis of the Spaceflight Systems Division Employee Viewpoint Survey and presented findings and recommendations to improve morale to Division Leadership.(Due to government contracting, I started my role as a CRONUS flight controller with United Space Alliance on the IMOC I contract from June 2014-September 2014, then transitioned to the IMOC II contract working at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) from October 2014-December 2018, and finally worked at KBR starting in January 2019 when SGT was acquired by KBR.)

Converted an existing entry guidance algorithm prototype from MATLAB into the C programming language then tested the performance of the flight algorithm using different scenarios and a 3 degree-of-freedom (DOF) simulator.Received the JSC Outstanding Student Award for my work out of over two hundred students.

Tested flight-spare pressure sensors of the Cloud-Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observation (CALIPSO) satellite and analyzed the data using MATLAB and Excel to help determine if on-orbit degradation of sensors was expected.

Processed wavefronts using WaveTrain, a program developed by MZA, and interpreted and explored wavefront data using MATLAB.

Wrote a computer program, including the GUI, simulating airflow over an airfoil using Python.Worked in a lab at NanoSperse in Kettering, Ohio twice a week to observe and learn about composite materials.
